At Desks By The Day, we have a large meeting room available for hire on the ground floor of the building. The meeting room comfortably seats 8 people (but can be set up for more if required) and is ideal for interviews, presentations or even training days. It’s light and bright and fully air-conditioned. There’s a large 55-inch screen and top of the range camera too, so it’s perfectly set up for your next online team event.

Prices start at just £50 for half a days use or £100 for a full day. We can even arrange a choice of catering for you to be delivered at your convenience for an additional charge.

Hire our meeting room in Coalville

Once you have booked using the online booking form below, you will get an email confirming the details. You do not need to pay until you come to the building on your chosen date(s). We have a card machine on site and are also happy to take cash. If you do need to cancel for whatever reason, please do give us a call on 01530 452404.
