Our address is 81 London Road, Coalville. Close to local amenities and next to the park, we’re ideally located in the heart of the town. The building has secure access and great road and bus links from Leicester, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Loughborough.
Unfortunately, we don’t have parking on site, but nearby public parking spaces aren’t hard to find. Furthermore, a short walk from the building is Stenson House Parking (North West Leicestershire District Council).
We’re open Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. We do not open the building at weekends.
Simply ring the buzzer on the door and someone will let you into the building. There will always be someone here, so if you need to pop out multiple times, it’s not a problem. The door automatically locks each time it closes, so the building is completely secure.
Nobody wants a slow and frustrating internet connection, so we’re proud to provide high speed (1000 Mbps), secure, business-grade Wi-Fi.
Each desk is fitted with a 22-inch monitor, and we provide the HDMI cables for those who wish to make use of the screens. If you have a device not suited to use with an HDMI cable, please do bring your own adapter. There is also an office pedestal under each of the desks for you to use if needed.
The meeting room is equipped with a large 55-inch screen and a top of the range camera. Perfect for presentations or your next online team event.
Currently, there isn’t open access to a printer, but we can assess it on a case by case basis. Going forward, if this is something that is needed, we will look to get a printer that can be used via Wi-Fi.
Our meeting room is at the front of the building on the ground floor, along with our kitchen facilities. Our two hot desking/4 person offices are on the first floor: one at the front of the building and one at the back. Our two, newly fitted toilet rooms are also on the first floor.
We have a newly fitted kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, fridge and microwave so you’ll have everything you need. You can also help yourself to our tea and coffee making facilities free of charge, because everyone loves a cuppa while they’re working!
That’s not a problem. We use a lovely local caterer who will deliver food to the door. However, due to the busy nature of their business, we do need to give them a weeks’ notice. We’re also located within walking distance of multiple convenience stores, so food and snacks are easy to come by.
Absolutely. We have a bike locking facility behind our building.
Once your booking is confirmed, you don’t have to do anything until you get to the building on your chosen date(s). We have a card machine on site and are also happy to take cash.
We’re a new business space, so for now we’re happy to trust that those who book the use of our facilities will only cancel for genuine reasons, so there will be no charge. All we ask is that you let us know by giving us a call on 01530 452404.
